Chris provides a warm and welcoming presence for his clients.
“I have been on my own healing journey for over 20 years. It has included healing from a process addiction, chronic shame, anxiety and dysfunctional emotional self-protection that kept me from truly being present and vulnerable in close relationships. My personal life was one of constantly trying to fit a round peg in a square hole, repeating behaviours and solutions to problems I learned early in life that did not work for me as an adult.
I have learned to recognize my ability and power to change and accept it, often reluctantly, over the years. Change is hard but possible. It involves choice, action, patience and self-love as one works toward changing what the brain and body hold on to. I would be honoured to walk with you on your journey.”
“Courage lies in emotional vulnerability. When I have been able to connect with my emotional pain and share that with another human being is when I have experienced the most healing and growth. It is a privilege to hold space for and witness others on their healing journey.”
